What We Collect
Contact Info
- Email Address — used to create/manage your account, provide support, and communicate service updates.
User Content
- Videos you upload for analysis — processed to provide in-app functionality such as AI feedback and training insights.
How We Use Your Data
- Provide and improve core app features (e.g., video analysis, results display, account access).
- Respond to support requests and communicate service notices.
- Maintain the security and integrity of the service (fraud prevention, abuse mitigation, diagnostics).
What We Don’t Do
- No sale of personal data.
- No use of collected data for advertising tracking across apps or websites.
- No sharing of your content with third parties for their own marketing.
Data Retention
We retain data only as long as necessary to provide app functionality and meet legitimate business or legal requirements. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time (see Your Rights).
Data Sharing
We may share limited data with service providers who help us operate the app (e.g., cloud storage, video processing, and AI analysis). When you upload a video for analysis, that content is securely transmitted to a third-party AI service, to generate training feedback. The third-party AI service processes the content on our behalf and does not retain or use it for advertising or model training outside of this service. All service providers are bound by contractual obligations to protect your data and may only use it as instructed by Player 1 Training. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights, users, or the public.
Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your data. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we continuously improve our protections.
Your Rights & Choices
- Access/Deletion: You can request a copy or deletion of your data by contacting us.
- Account Controls: You can update or remove your email and delete content you’ve uploaded.
- Opt-Out: You can opt out of non-essential emails by using unsubscribe links or contacting us.
We may need to verify your request to protect your account and data.
Children’s Privacy
Player 1 Training is designed for use by adults — including parents, guardians, coaches, and athletes of legal age. While athletes who are minors (for example, youth players under 18) may appear in videos or receive coaching feedback, the app and its accounts are intended to be created and managed by a parent, guardian, or other adult user.
We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under the age required by local law (typically 13 years old in the United States). If we become aware that we have collected data from a child without appropriate parental consent, we will promptly delete that information.
Parents or guardians who believe this has occurred can contact us at support@player1training.com to request removal.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the updated version here and revise the “Effective date.” Material changes may also be communicated in-app or by email.
